QUALITY OBJECTIVE

Annual targets as a result of strategic planning sessions
regularly conducted by management will be established on
a corporate level. The annual corporate objectives will be
translated into key result areas and measure for every
department in the organization. From these, a strategy
statement will be formulated, followed by several tactical
statements. Action plan will be drawn up.

Status of attainment of department and corporate
objectives shall be reported, monitored and analyzed to
assure success. If actual results fall short of targets, data shall
be analyzed and corrective and preventive actions shall be
formulated and implemented to improve performance.
